This is a commission-based sales representative position. All sales reps will be eligible in six months for full-time employment overseeing commercial sales activities.

Understandably, we are looking for highly motivated and entrepreneurially-minded individuals. Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn technical terms and translate “computer speak” to everyday vernacular
  • Flexibility. This is important. . .the market is rapidly changing and you will need to keep on top of it. We will help you.
  • Work well with others. We are a team.

Desired (not mandatory) experience:

  • Three years business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Technical degree

Tim brings more than 20 years of professional experience within the Information Technology (IT), enterprise strategy and planning, project management, financial management and resource protection sectors to his clients.

As the President of Arcphor Strategy, Tim is responsible for the continued success of four business segments in the commercial, non-profit and government sectors. Tim and his team offer their clients industry-leading solutions in Business Strategy, Strategic Communication, Information Technology and Project Management.

Prior to co-founding Arcphor Strategy, Tim was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and also served more than 12 years of honorable service as an Active Duty member of the United States Air Force. Within Booz Allen Hamilton, Tim was a member of the Norfolk, Virginia based Information Technology leadership team that was responsible for numerous clients across the Hampton Roads region that generated more than $28M in annual revenue.

Tim is a 2012 Center of Innovative Technology GAP 50 finalist honoring those who will develop the next generation of high-growth companies in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Tim is considered an industry expert in strategy and plans, requirements collection, requirements analysis, product implementation, financial analysis and cross domain technology.

Tim was awarded an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Leo University. Tim’s professional certifications include: Project Management Professional, Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundations version 3 (ITIL v3) and CompTIA Security + certification.
